Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve marketing targets and deliver impactful campaigns.
- Lead brand-building initiatives to elevate recognition, equity, and trust in the market.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and the board on reputation, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for market growth.
- Define and manage the organization's brand strategy, ensuring consistency and alignment across all marketing efforts.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, content creation, social media, email marketing, and other promotional activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data and metrics to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and maximizing the value of marketing investments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices, incorporating them into the organization's marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Represent the organization in public forums, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness, establish industry relationships, and promote the organization's products or services.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications or advanced degrees in marketing or a relevant discipline are desirable
- 15+ years of progressive marketing/communications leadership, including at least 5+ years in senior executive roles.
- Strong B2C leader with proven wins; working knowledge of B2B & B2G including partner programs, tenders/RFP cycles, and public-sector communications.
- Proven success in leading enterprise-level brand strategy and communications.
- Experience working with board-level executives and external stakeholders.
- Served in one or more of: Real Estate, FMCG, Government (or Giga/sovereign ecosystem), or large-scale national projects.
- Extensive experience in marketing, including progressive leadership experience in strategic marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including branding, market research, digital marketing, advertising, and public relations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable impact: growth, brand value, stakeholder trust.
