Senior Director - Project Management Sports Bu - Interface

The Senior Director will be responsible for driving strategic project management initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring that all sports projects meet Qiddiya s quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Project Management function for the Sports Business Unit, focusing on interface management between different project teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement project management strategies, policies, and procedures that enhance coordination and integration across projects.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all parties to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to project interfaces and dependencies.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, vendors, and government entities.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery through lessons learned, best practices, and adoption of new technologies.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project management teams to build strong capabilities and high performance.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on project status, challenges, and recommendations.
