Key Responsibilities :
Manage and control all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely distribution.
Maintain an organized filing system for hard and electronic copies of all project-related documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding document control.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to track document workflows.
Handle document archiving and retrieval efficiently.
Prepare regular reports on document control activities and progress.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller.
Proven experience in the construction and consultancy industries is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of document control processes and systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in document control software and MS Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
