Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the commissioning of complex electrical systems, including power distribution, switchgear, and protective relaying, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to specifications.
  • Develop and implement detailed commissioning plans and procedures, encompassing testing protocols, safety measures, and documentation standards, for each project.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve intricate electrical system issues, diagnosing problems, implementing solutions, and coordinating with engineering teams to minimize downtime.
  • Oversee and mentor junior commissioning technicians, providing technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster their professional development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in electrical principles.
  • Holds a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent, showcasing a commitment to professional standards and ethical conduct.
  • Certified in relevant areas such as NICET, or equivalent, reflecting specialized knowledge and expertise in electrical systems.
  • Demonstrates 8+ years of progressive experience in electrical commissioning, with a proven track record of successfully completing complex projects.
