WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Represent the electrical team and provide the proper technical support to the client and to the entire team.
* Plan, develop, coordinate, and review Electrical maintenance work within a discipline on the plant based on the assignment.
* Supervise the day-to-day maintenance technical work of technician, specialists, and suppliers.
* Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports in accordance with approved procedures and holds career development discussions.
* Prepare or oversee the preparation of discipline estimates and work plan in accordance with project scope, schedule, and budget, and manages implementation and performance accordingly.
* Estimate staffing needs, schedule, and assign work to meet schedule dates and maintenance plan.
* Ensure that technicians are receiving appropriate on-the-job training for their professional development.
* Promote the creation of a work environment, supported by leadership, which fosters openness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation, and satisfaction.
* Assist with the preparation of operations manuals in terms of electrical requirements.
* Produce and update the maintenance spare parts plan needed for the maintenance activities.
* Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, quantity take-offs and staffing requirements for proposals, forecasts, and change orders.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor s degree in engineering - Electrical Section
7-8 years of experience in startup, operation, or other relevant experience in maintenance engineer, construction, field engineering, or plant operation in industrial or process facilities
Previous experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment section.
Broad knowledge of precedents in maintenance, construction, and commissioning.
Broad knowledge PLC and SCADA system, able to carry out the required maintenance activities and changes if applicable as per the company procedures.
Broad knowledge with Enders-Houser instrumentation, level, and flow meters.
Broad knowledge of Schneider MCCs, LV and MV Switchgears.
Extensive knowledge on electrical systems, schematics, and electrical equipment layouts.
