Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance to project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

  • Conduct thorough site inspection to ensure compliance with design specification.

  • Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team.

  • Perform a comprehensive review of project scope, client requirements, BOQ, project milestones, and specifications form bid documents.

  • Initiate material inquiries with relevant suppliers and evaluation proposals to ensure alignment with project requirements.

  • Obtain material submittals from selected suppliers and prepare them in accordance with project specifications.

  • Provide clear technical guidance to the construction team, ensuring designs and drawing align with project requirements.

  • Identify and address conflicts and discrepancies with the project, communicating effectively with the project team.

  • Execute additional tasks as directed by the Project Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP field with high-rise experience.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical power distribution, lighting, low current systems, and fire alarm systems.

  • Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
