Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer (Onsite) for utility-scale Solar PV EPC projects (10MW & 20MW) in North Macedonia- Oslomej & Bitola. The candidate will be responsible for onsite electrical execution, supervision, testing, and commissioning support, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise onsite electrical installation works for Solar PV projects

  • Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements

  • Manage electrical subcontractors and site teams

  • Oversee installation of PV modules, inverters, DC/AC cabling, MV/LV systems, transformers, and substations

  • Ensure compliance with HSE and Quality standards

  • Conduct inspections, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning support

  • Coordinate with civil, commissioning, client, and consultant teams

  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports

  • Resolve onsite technical and execution issues

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

  • 5–10 years experience in Solar PV / Power / EPC projects

  • Strong onsite execution experience in utility-scale Solar PV plants

  • Knowledge of IEC / IEEE standards and grid connection works

  • Experience in EPC contractor environment

  • Good communication and leadership skills
