Roles & Responsibilities

Assess the current business processes, recommend improvements opportunities and evaluate the efficiency of changes for all core and non-core divisions through using the latest world wide best technologies in the Business Process Management field. Carry out continuous improvement projects for processes & services in all operational areas across core and non-core divisions to pursue areas of improvement and drive cost optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Experience and knowledge of Smart Automation including (not limited to) Process Automation, Machine Learning, Text Analytics, Chatbots, Voicebots.
  2. Experience in Project Management.
  3. Experience in digital/business transformations.
  4. Experience in quality assurance, risk management and change management.
  5. Experience in Microsoft Technologies.
  6. Experience in Process Management and improvement.
  7. Experience or certification in LEAN and LEAN six sigma.
