Senior Engineer Tendering ( PHE & Fire Fighting)

Experience: 4-9 years

Location: Hyderabad

Role Specification:

1. Study of tender package & raise Pre Bid Queries. Coordinate with approved vendors for proposal & submit the PHE package tender along with technical presentation & DBR.

2. Coordinate with vendor to get technically correct vendor quotes. Negotiating with the vendors to get competitive pricing.

3. Able to extract the required basic info from EPC tender doc & work on its design , BOQ & drawings.

4. Offer Preparation along with BOQ along with the required P&ID. Preparation techno commercial statements

5. Need to Prepare the BOQ for all project by coordinating with CFT team. Raising the RFQ & Purchase request in line with the project requirement.

6. Attending techno commercial meeting with the client / consultant.

7. Preparation of procurement schedules & Budget preparation for Plumbing & Fire Fighting works.

8. Having the minimum experience on Plumbing & Fire Fighting works Design & execution of External & Internal Plumbing( drainage , water supply , rain water , landscape pipe line ) works , Pump room works and Sewage treatment and water treatment plants etc . And exposure in all kind of piping works ( for both drainage and water supply ).

9. Responsible for preparation of technical submittals, shop drawing & Preparation of micro schedules for the MEP - Plumbing & Fire Fighting works

10. Awareness on the basic requirements of NBC, IS Codes and CPHEEO Plumbing & Fire Protection standards etc .
