Identify and secure approval and collect tender documents.

Asses and analyze drawings, BOQ and other project documents to prepare cost estimates

Prepation of tender documents Conducting site vists, verification of quantities for lumpsum tenders in co-ordination with tendering team.

Conduct research to obtain data on labour costs, materials, production times, and location. Work closely with engineers, architects, contracts, and suppliers to ensure comprehensive cost estimation.

Secure sub-contract bids and identify the most favourable subcontract offers.

Prepare Technical and financial proposals using Estimation software.

Submit Tender and follow-up. Post Contract Services. Prepare Cash flow and budgets

Co-ordinate with team members on work progress and cost reporting Present and explain estimates to clients and stakeholders, answering any questions and addressing concerns.

Monitor project progress to ensure costs remain within the budget

Monitor and control resources usage for small jobs

Maintain Cost keys and price masters by updating information

Maintains quality service by following organisation standards Contributes team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
