Roles & Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive (National Talent) - Health and Safety to join Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the hotel s Food Safety Management System and compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
  • Conduct regular food safety inspections in all F&B and kitchen areas, report findings, and verify corrective actions.
  • Monitor HACCP standards, ensure CPs and CCPs are properly controlled, and escalate significant issues during monthly meetings.
  • Assist departments in developing and implementing HACCP-related SOPs and conduct related trainings.
  • Investigate food-related complaints, manage food sampling and testing processes, and coordinate pest control activities.
  • Support external audits, ensure compliance with audit requirements, and assist the HSE team with inspections, investigations, and trainings.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • UAE National as per the Government requirements
  • Degree in Microbiology, Food Science or Food Technology or its equivalent
  • Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
