About Madinat Jumeirah
Set along a two-kilometers stretch of private coastline, Madinat Jumeirah is a beachfront resort comprising four distinctive hotels. Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive to join The Food and Beverage Administration team in Jumeirah Mina Al Salam . The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Processes documents accurately, in accordance with Jumeirah International procedures and within designated timelines.
- Identify, rectify or report office equipment malfunctions promptly, and in accordance with Jumeirah International procedures.
- Selects appropriate format and style for correspondence according to purpose, audience and situation.
- Drafts documents according to document control standards and formats.
- Uses clear and concise language appropriate to purpose, audience and situation.
- Uses correct spelling, punctuation and grammar to ensure understanding by receiver.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 2 years experience in administration role
- Customer service oriented with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelors degree in related field.
- Efficient, effective working practices and strong administration/organization skills.
