Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

Stakeholder Relations

  • Implement comprehensive stakeholder relations strategies that align with Dubai Chamber s goals and objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize key stakeholders and establish relationships with them to better understand their needs, concerns and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a stakeholder database, including contact information, communication history, and relevant details.
  • Cooperate closely with other chambers and trade entities that have agreements with Dubai Chambers.
  • Support in monitoring and analyzing stakeholder attitudes, perceptions and feedback and support in developing regular reports to senior management to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders through various channels, such as events, meetings, written communications, to convey Dubai Chamber s message and gather feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and other external factors that may impact stakeholder relations efforts, and support in providing recommendations for proactive measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree in international relations, business administration or related field

2- 4 years of progressive experience in a relevant field

Fluent in English and Arabic (reading, spoken and written)

Exceptional negotiation skills to effectively manage agreements and partnerships.

Strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

Advanced relationship-building skills to foster trust and long-term collaboration.

Ability to analyze stakeholder feedback and data to drive strategic decision-making.

Strong analytical skills for assessing stakeholder needs and identifying opportunities.

High level of cultural awareness and adaptability in international contexts.

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
