Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical leadership and oversight for all fa ade engineering activities, ensuring adherence to industry standards, codes, and project specifications.
  • Lead the development of innovative fa ade solutions, considering factors such as aesthetics, energy efficiency, and durability.
  • Oversee the design, review, and approval of engineering deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and calculations.

• Project Management:

  • Manage the fa ade engineering team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, construction teams, and client representatives to ensure seamless integration of fa ade systems.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Quality Assurance:

  • Implement rigorous quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and reviews to identify and address potential issues.
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the fa ade engineering team.

• Client Relations:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Represent Parsons at project meetings and presentations, demonstrating technical expertise and leadership skills.
