Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing the design drawings, Bill of quantities and specifications for projects and modifications that are within the premises of the channel for the following acts
  • Design Electrical systems (lighting systems power system cables design- distribution boards- - transformers - generators - uninterruptible power supply "UPS").
  • Design review for Fire Alarm System. 4.Design review CCTV system
  • Design review Access control system 6.Design review Lightning protection system.
  • Design review Public address system.
  • Design review Earthing system
  • Full coordination with technology section in the network regarding all works related to electrical work. 10.Review technical and financial offers submitted for the projects.
  • Review shop drawings, time schedules and material submittals, material on sites for the project. 12.Supervision and follow up the implementation of the electrical work at the site and the conduct of the project, according to a schedule.
  • 1Supervision and monitoring tests those are at the stage of preliminary and final delivery of the project.
  • Review and follow-up transaction network with stakeholders "KAHRAMAA, civil defense etc.
  • To check, review and approve shop drawings, material submittals & As built drawings;
  • To conduct site visit and generate civil and structure Punch list until all snags are closed.
  • To conduct an evaluation for the candidates of the tender , during tender stage.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
At least 10 years related work experience
