Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Do routine accounting work (in Zoho books & Tally) including VAT filing.
⁃ Maintain all records properly.
⁃ Maintaining & managing inventory, including monitoring of Out Of Stock items.
- Will be responsible for documentation pertaining to export / import.
- Sales report compilation across all platforms.
- Supply Chain Management.
- General HR / Admin related work like attendance management, preparing salaries, employee records etc.
- Proficient in making report in PowerBI.
Desired Candidate Profile
Knowledge about E-Commerce accounting is essential.
We are looking for a candidate who is well versed with Zoho Books & Zoho inventory. Knowledge about accounting, VAT compliances, import-export documentation etc. is essential. Besides this, routine management of assets, vendor coordination for maintenance, ensuring compliances will also be there.
