Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop UAV flight control algorithms and stabilization systems

  2. Implement autonomous navigation and flight capabilities

  3. Develop and optimize sensor fusion and state estimation systems

  4. Perform simulation, testing, flight tuning, and performance optimization of UAV systems

  5. Conduct hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and validate system performance

  6. Support integration of flight control systems with avionics and embedded hardware

  7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and flight testing

  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, or Mechatronics)

Experience:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in flight control systems or UAV/drone development

  • Proven experience in control system design and implementation

  • Experience in UAV testing, tuning, and system integration

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of control systems and flight dynamics

  • Experience with sensor fusion and state estimation

  • Proficiency in C/C++

  • Experience with UAV autopilot systems (e.g., PX4, ArduPilot) is an advantage

  • Ability to work on simulation, debugging, and flight performance optimization

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
