Roles & Responsibilities

General Description:

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for managing all design projects from

concept to delivery. including creating original artwork, managing all design projects, and

overseeing junior designers to ensure high-quality work throughout the entirety of the

project. Combine technology and art using images and text to communicate ideas through

digital designs.

Responsibilities:

Deliver bold, refreshing designs within client brand identity systems, taking direction from

senior creative team members

Undertake original design and creative work as needed based on project demands

Implement rounds of internal and client revisions with speed, quality, and accuracy

Be a problem solver in a fast-paced work environment and actively pursue and embrace

opportunities to gain production experience and improve professional skills and

knowledge

Assist creative team to quickly creating compelling visuals, from initial comps to final

assets for digital/social and print

Manage and organize asset and image libraries, project files/drives, templates, and other

resources

Collaborate as part of a creative team with copywriters, art directors, graphic designers,

and production artists to complete projects from initial concept to a final produced piece

Support with training junior graphic designers in the team

Qualifications:

4+ years of graphic design experience at a design studio, marketing agency, or

equivalent

Proficient in working with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, knowledge of Adobe

In-Design and After Effects

Demonstrate graphic design experience via a high-quality, professional project work

portfolio

Knowledge: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, solid command of foundational

design principles, Adobe In-Design is a plus

Skills: Good oral and written in English, strong eye for visual composition

Abilities: thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, efficiency & top-notch

organization, and commitment to continuous learning and professional development
