Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all design initiatives across Zain Cash campaigns, ensuring high-quality creative output aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across digital platforms, social media, offline materials, and internal communications.
  • Translate marketing and business objectives into compelling visual concepts that drive engagement and brand growth.
  • Supervise and mentor junior designers when needed, providing feedback and maintaining creative standards.
  • Stay updated on fintech, digital, and design trends to continuously innovate and improve creative performance.
  • Bachelor s degree
  • 5 7 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe After Effects
  • Strong knowledge of AI-powered creative tools to enhance productivity.
  • Experience in 3D design software such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
  • Solid experience in video editing and post-production (Premiere Pro or equivalent editing software).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple creative projects efficiently.
