Roles & Responsibilities

About the Team

The DEX Unit is the core operations and business development team driving OKX's decentralized trading business, responsible for growth across both retail and institutional segments spanning user operations, business development, brand events, and ecosystem partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Own one or more business lines within the DEX ecosystem, defining strategy and driving execution on growth
  • Plan and execute global offline events and online campaigns to drive brand awareness and user growth.
  • Develop deep product expertise and translate product strengths into go-to-market strategies and business/marketing materials.
  • Proactively identify and engage target clients and partners, building and maintaining high-quality relationships.
  • Continuously track market trends and industry developments, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to align resources and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of growth, BD or operations experience in Crypto/Web3; DeFi or on-chain trading background strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the decentralized trading ecosystem with the ability to quickly grasp complex product mechanics.
  • A strong industry network and proven ability to build partnerships from scratch.
  • Results-driven with strong ownership; able to independently drive complex projects end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English and Chinese is preferred
  • Passionate about crypto with a sharp sense of market trends.
