Roles & Responsibilities

Are you an experienced quality assurance professional in the higher education sector? A prestigious government entity in the UAE is seeking to onboard 13 experienced Higher Education Inspectors for a comprehensive, one-year outsourced project. Through an established consulting partner, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating, monitoring, and elevating the quality of higher education and training across the UAE.

Scope of Work

As an outsourced inspector, you will conduct thorough compliance and quality audits across a diverse educational landscape, including Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), Accredited Training Providers, training centres, and educational consultancy offices. Key responsibilities include:

  • Comprehensive Evaluations: Conducting rigorous desk-based reviews and intensive on-site inspection visits.
  • Data & KPI Verification: Verifying institutional data, performance indicators, and compliance metrics against regulatory standards.
  • Reporting & Action Plans: Authoring detailed inspection reports and actively following up on institutional corrective action plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Solid, proven experience in academic quality assurance, institutional inspection, or regulatory compliance within higher education.
  • Deep understanding of academic standards, training provider frameworks, and educational governance.
  • Strong capability in data verification, KPI analysis, and evidence-based reporting.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the UAE for the duration of the contract, with the ability to travel for on-site visits across the Emirates.
  • Available for a full-time, 1-year contract commitment.
