Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Reports & Analytics
Builds and maintains the team s data dashboards in order to provide the monthly input to the HRBP.
Analyses the metrics and recommends action plans.
Assists with the documentation and standardization of HR business processes.
Tracks and analyzes metrics within the business unit s HR related activities to keep HRBP updated.
People Planning
Supports the HRBP in the annual manpower and budgeting exercise to ensure efficiency throughout the year
Collaborates with the business unit and HRBP on workforce planning and implementation of the plan to ensure vacancies are managed in line with the approved budget.
Presents accurate data on a timely basis to the business stakeholders and the HRBP/Head of HR to ensure 100% alignment and adherence of agreed people headcount.
Talent Management and Succession Planning
Co-develops succession plans and retention strategies with the HRBP/Head of HR for key talent and positions identified by the business stakeholders to ensure the successful retention of these employees.
Participates along with the HRBP in the Talent review exercise based on the HIPO identification process to ensure fairness and compliance with the group s strategy.
Works closely with the HPBP to ensure 100% rollout and adherence to the performance management process and also formulates and implements performance improvement plans to improve overall employee performance across the organization.
Administers the performance management tool (Fusion) and assists/trains employees on using it to make sure all data are inserted and of right quality.
Conducts new hire onboarding and orientation using corporate standardized material, as well as local onboarding material.
Employee Engagement
Supports the HRBP in implementing programs that help improve the employee experience (activities, satisfaction surveys, etc)
Provides daily HR support and consultation to the business; answering employee and manager questions about HR programs, policies, and other HR-related items (Performance, Compensation, career goals, etc).
TM Purpose
Acts as a role model by living Transmed Purpose on daily basis.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or any related field
- Professional accreditation (CIPD or equivalent) is a plus
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience, ideally in an generalist capacity
- Experience in FMCG industry or retail background is a plus
