Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Maintain positive employee relations and address grievances.
- Support HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Assist in organizing company events, activities, and welfare programs.
3. HR Operations & Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and files.
- Prepare HR-related letters (confirmation, transfer, salary certificate, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
4. Payroll & Attendance Support:
- Collect and verify attendance, leave, and overtime data.
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate processing.
5. Performance Management:
- Assist in coordinating the performance appraisal process.
- Maintain performance evaluation records and reports.
6. Training & Development:
- Support in identifying training needs and scheduling sessions.
- Maintain training attendance and feedback records.
7. Exit Process:
- Coordinate employee exit formalities, including clearance and final settlements.
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare related documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, and multitasking ability.
