About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Lead to oversee all HR operations and drive strategic people initiatives aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE Labour Law, proven leadership experience, and a passion for building a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy, policies, and initiatives in line with business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Manage employee relations, performance, and engagement programs.
- Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Support learning, development, and succession planning.
- Ensure HR compliance with MOHRE, GDRFA, and other authorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience; at least 3 years in a senior/lead role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) are a plus.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
