Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment
- Manage bulk hiring for store roles
- Source, screen & coordinate interviews
- Build retail talent pipeline
Roles Covered:
Salesman, Supervisors, Team Leaders, Store Keepers, Inventory Controllers, Buyers, Assistant & Branch Managers
Desired Candidate Profile
Salary: AED 4000+ Based on experience
Experience: 4 7 years
Requirements:
- Experience must be in retail / supermarket / hypermarket hiring
- Strong in bulk hiring & talent sourcing
- Good communication & coordination skills
