Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the HR team effectively
Driving HR strategies and initiatives Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business goals Support leadership with organizational development and workforce planning
Skills & Competencies:
Leadership and team management Strategic thinking and decision-making
Excellent communication and stakeholder management Problem-solving and conflict resolution
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred for deeper strategic insight.
A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in fast-paced, multi-industry environments.
Demonstrated experience in talent management and employee engagement strategies, with successful outcomes in previous roles.
