Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership:

  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives
  • Lead workforce planning and organizational design

Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters

Talent Management:

  • Drive succession planning and talent pipelines
  • Lead leadership development and high-potential programs

Identify and close critical talent gaps

Performance & Culture:

  • Lead performance management strategy and execution from end to end.
  • Build a high-performance and accountability culture

Drive employee engagement and retention strategies

Change Management:

  • Lead large-scale transformation and change initiatives

Support restructuring, mergers, or organizational shifts

Ensure smooth adoption of change across the business

HR Analytics & Business Insights:

  • Analyze HR data to influence strategic decision
  • Provide insights on workforce trends and business impact
  • Measure ROI of HR initiatives

Coaching & Influence:

  • Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness
  • Influence decision-making at executive level

Build strong stakeholder relationships

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Qualification & Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 7 12+ years of HR experience, with strong HRBP experience
  • Deep knowledge of HR strategy, labor laws, and organizational development
