Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for labor, engineers, and administrative staff
Handle workforce planning and mobilization as per project requirements
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Coordinate with project managers for staffing needs
Oversee onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations
Desired Candidate Profile
3–4 years of HR experience
Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred
Strong knowledge of recruitment for labor, engineers, and technical staff
Understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
