Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Senior Human Resources Specialist. The role involves managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, and providing support in personnel management. The Senior HR Specialist will ensure compliance with local labor laws, contribute to workforce planning, and engage in fostering a positive organizational culture. Collaborating with leadership, this role plays a key part in driving strategic HR initiatives that align with the company s goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven 3-5 years of expertise in Human Resources (HR) functions and HR Management

  • Strong knowledge of HR Policies and best practices
  • Experience in managing Employee Benefits and related programs
  • Skills and experience in Personnel Management
  • Demonstrated understanding of local labor laws and compliance
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD are an advantage
  • Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and talent development
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and contribute to the company s mission and vision
