Roles & Responsibilities

Handle company-generated leads and inbound inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email in a professional manner. Conduct professional consultations and assess client eligibility for PR pathways, work permits, job seeker programs, opportunity card routes, skilled migration programs, and Europe / Schengen country immigration options including Germany, Ireland, and the Netherlands.
Explain suitable immigration pathways, documentation requirements, timelines, and fee structures clearly. Convert qualified inquiries into confirmed enrollments through strong follow-up and relationship management. Maintain regular communication with prospects until closure and payment completion. Achieve monthly sales targets, conversion ratios, and revenue goals assigned by management. Update CRM records, lead status, notes, and client information accurately. Coordinate with the processing team for smooth onboarding and case handover. Build long-term client trust through ethical selling and professional service. Stay updated on immigration program changes and market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2+ years of experience in immigration sales, visa consultancy, or overseas migration consultancy. Proven track record in sales closing, lead conversion, and achieving monthly targets. Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and client handling skills. Good knowledge of PR pathways, work permits, job seeker programs, skilled migration routes, and documentation processes. Experience using CRM systems and managing leads effectively from inquiry to closure. Ability to handle objections, follow up consistently, and perform in a target-driven environment. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-focused mindset. Malayalam is mandatory. English will be an added advantage. Immediate joiners preferred.
