Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Insurance Officer to manage the company s insurance portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing all types of insurance policies including property, liability, health, professional and employee-related coverages.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the company s global insurance program including procurement, renewal, and compliance for all types of insurance coverage.


- Evaluate and analyze the company s exposure to risk and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.


- Serve as the main point of contact for insurance brokers, insurers, and third-party adjusters.


- Lead the annual insurance renewal process including data gathering, proposal development, and negotiations.


- Administer and monitor insurance claims, ensuring timely reporting, documentation, and resolution.


Stay current with market trends, policy changes, and new insurance products.


Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance or a related field.


- Minimum 4 years of experience in insurance management, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.


- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.


- High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.


- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
