Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead complex insurance claim investigations, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in assessing liability and coverage.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses and protect organizational assets.
- Oversee the negotiation of insurance policies, securing favorable terms and conditions while managing costs effectively.
- Provide expert guidance on insurance-related matters, offering insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze insurance market trends, identifying opportunities and threats to inform decision-making.
- Manage relationships with insurance providers, brokers, and other external partners to ensure effective service delivery.
- Conduct regular audits of insurance programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on insurance performance, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Manage the insurance budget, controlling expenses and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Holds relevant professional certifications such as CPCU or ARM.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of insurance principles, practices, and regulations.
- Displays excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex insurance scenarios and make sound judgments.
- Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrates proficiency in using insurance software and other relevant technological tools.
- Shows a strong ability to negotiate and manage relationships with insurance providers and brokers.
- Exhibits a high level of integrity, ethical conduct, and professionalism.
- Nationality preference: Open to all nationalities. Language requirements: Fluency in English is essential, other languages are a plus.
