Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design, space planning, and material selection for hospitality projects
• Develop design narratives, mood boards, FF&E packages, and presentation materials
• Ensure designs enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and brand identity
• Maintain awareness of hospitality design trends, materials, and technologies
• Manage multiple hospitality projects simultaneously from concept to installation
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Review shop drawings, samples, mock-ups, and site installations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Act as primary design contact for clients and hotel operators
• Present design concepts and revisions clearly and persuasively
• Incorporate client feedback while maintaining design integrity and brand standards
• Collaborate with brand representatives to ensure compliance with brand guidelines

Qualifications

• Should have Restaurant experience with homegrown restaurant or hospitality
• Creative and understanding of F&B concepts to support Design department
• Should have good system knowledge
• Strong personality and excellent communication
• GCC experience is preferred , Dubai based candidate
