Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer with 6-10 years of experience in high-end architecture and interior design projects, preferably with UAE experience in residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating design through execution and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts from initial briefing to final execution
• Create and present comprehensive design layouts, space planning, mood boards, and material selections
• Produce high-quality 3D visuals and renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project team to ensure design intent is maintained
• Liaise with local and international suppliers to request pricing, samples, and technical information
• Oversee RFQs, orders, delivery tracking, BOQs, and budgets
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, mockups, and samples for design and quality compliance
• Participate in client presentations and incorporate feedback in design revisions
• Ensure design complies with local regulations, codes, and project and brand standards
• Manage project timelines and budgets meticulously
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards are met and monitor implementation
