Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple interior design projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop and present design proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution.
  • Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation.
  • Source and select materials, finishes, and furniture that align with the design concept.
  • Oversee the construction and installation process to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architect or related field.
  • Minimum of 11 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Professional certification or licensure is highly desirable.
  • Experience working on high-end Hotel and commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for design and a creative mindset.
