Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement an employer branding strategy to strengthen our company's standing as a great place to work.
• Manage and curate content for our HR social media pages, including Instagram, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn, to engage current and prospective employees.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather insights and promote internal initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies.
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in internal communication, employee engagement and employer branding practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
