Job responsibilities:

1. Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and ERP system.
2. Working with company departments and provide support during daily work.
3. Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required.
4. Assisting with systems integrations.
5. Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
6. Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
7. Identifying and resolving technical and functional issues.
8. Managing coordination at a local and international level where required.
9. Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business.
10. Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization s systems.

Skills:

• SQL
• Microsoft Asp.net using C# or VB
• Python
• Basic Knowledge on Linux
• Basic Knowledge on Windows server
• Git
• Odoo or any ERP system.
