Senior IT Consultant

The Senior IT Consultant will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing IT systems, infrastructure, and technology operations for the Collaboration Center. Acting as the primary IT point of contact, this role ensures that all systems align with organizational standards while supporting seamless day-to-day operations. The position involves close coordination with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the Collaboration Center s technology equipment and IT facilities (Ahmadi & NK).
• Oversee and coordinate third-party vendors for IT maintenance, support, and service delivery.
• Serve as the primary IT focal point for the KwIDF project.
• Manage project-related systems, including KwIDF servers and associated infrastructure.
• Coordinate and communicate with multiple IT teams, business units, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance and implement upgrades, enhancements, or corrective actions as required.
• Provide hands-on end-user support and technical assistance for both project and center operations.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and updates for management and project stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance with IT governance frameworks, security standards, and organizational policies.
