Position: Senior IT Programmer
Experience: 15+ Years
Technology: ASP.NET MVC / .NET
Key Responsibilities
. Lead the design and development of enterprise web applications
using MVC / .NET technologies
Manage and mentor the internal software development team
Oversee development, testing, and deployment of software modules
Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization
Work closely with management to align IT development with business
objectives
Preferred candidate profile
15+ years of experience in software development
Strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC / .NET framework
Proven experience in team leadership and project management
