Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Bafleh Jewellery is looking for experienced and dynamic Senior Jewellery Sales Executives to join our team in the Gold & Diamond Retail and Wholesale Sales divisions.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in jewellery sales
Experience in Gold /Diamond Jewellery Retail /Wholesale Sales
Certified Diamond professional will be an added advantage
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, gold, and jewellery trends
Target-oriented with a professional and presentable personality
Job responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products
Showcase gold and diamond jewellery collections effectively
Provide product knowledge and styling guidance to customers
Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets
Support daily store operations and merchandising activities
