Senior L&D Manager - Sales Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC)

Conduct learning needs analysis and gap assessment to determine the learning and development priorities and strategies for the organization. Design and develop engaging and effective learning and development programs and materials, such as e-learning courses, workshops, webinars, manuals, etc., using various instructional design methods and tools.
