Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Land Surveyor with experience in interiors and fit-out projects to oversee land surveying activities related to interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate measurements to support the successful completion of projects.

Job Responsibility

• Conduct land surveys including boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys for interior design and fit-out projects.
• Prepare survey reports, maps, and drawings detailing measurements, calculations, and other relevant data.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate surveying data to support project requirements.
• Utilize surveying tools and equipment to collect and analyze survey data accurately.
• Provide guidance and support to junior surveying staff as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in land surveying for interior and fit-out projects.
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• UAE/MOFA attested Bachelors degree or Diploma in related field.
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor with a focus on interior design and fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, tools, and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications or licenses may be required.
