Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training needs analysis across all departments
Design and deliver training programs (technical, behavioral, and sales-focused)
Develop structured onboarding journeys for new hires, especially Sales
Support Sales team development across the full sales cycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
Experience in SaaS or ERP systems
Strong exposure to HR practices and employee development
Preferred Certifications
Certified in Training of Trainers (ToT)
