Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee complete logistics operations, including imports, exports, shipping arrangements, and customs clearance.
Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, suppliers, shipping agents, and internal departments.
Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining cost efficiency and adherence to UAE regulations.
Manage all logistics-related documentation, inventory movement, and shipment tracking processes.
Resolve logistics issues proactively to avoid delays and operational disruptions.
Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Senior Logistics Coordinator within FMCG or trading companies.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant UAE logistics experience is mandatory.
Strong understanding of UAE import, export, and customs clearance procedures.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience handling personal care, beauty, or cosmetic products will be considered an added advantage.
