Senior Maintenance Engineer
Qualifications
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
• Practical experience with injection molding machines, robotics, and IML automation systems.
• Solid knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and sensor technologies.
• Strong skills in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety and quality standards, and ability to apply them in daily operations.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and repair injection molding machines, robots, and IML automation systems to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance on molds, label feeders, and handling equipment, while documenting all activities and updating technical records.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic breakdowns to minimize downtime and support production continuity.
• Optimize machine reliability by supporting production teams during setup, changeovers, and trials, and by implementing improvements.
