Senior Management Controller

Description of the company and the position:

We are looking for a Senior Management Controller for one of our leading clients in the automotive sector, Le Poste Base in Bouknadel

You will be in charge of monitoring and optimizing financial performance, ensuring cost control and variance analysis.

Mission:

 Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.

 Analyze gaps between forecasts and achievements and propose corrective actions.

 Set up and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).

 Optimize production costs and operational expenses.

 Participate in accounting closes and financial reporting.

 Collaborate with operations teams to improve profitability.

Profile :

Graduated with a Bac+5 in Finance, Management Control or equivalent.

3-5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the automotive industry.

Mastery of management tools (ERP, advanced Excel).
