Roles & Responsibilities

Architecting the Future: Lead the design and deployment of customer-facing AI systems, specifically focusing on Agentic Workflow Automation and Enterprise RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

Hands-on Leadership: You aren't just drawing boxes on a whiteboard. You will manage a high-performing team, building POCs and scaling them into production-ready solutions.

Infrastructure Excellence: Build the frameworks and toolsets that our AI engineers use to thrive.

Influence & Governance: Navigate architecture approvals and represent your technical vision to senior stakeholders, ensuring our AI capabilities are both cutting-edge and compliant.

The AI Lab: Constantly scout and test "the next big thing" in tech to see how it can be weaponized for the bank s competitive advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

An Architect who has evolved. You likely started in traditional Enterprise Architecture but have spent the las t3 4 years deep in the trenches of AI implementation.

  • Azure Power User: You are exceptionally strong in Azure (this is a must). If you know your way around AWS, that s a fantastic bonus.
  • AI Specialist: You have a proven track record of building and scaling AI applications (RAG, Chatbots, Agentic systems).
  • The "Agile" Architect: You move fast. You can build architecture frameworks quickly without getting bogged down in "analysis paralysis."
  • The Communicator: You are confident, persuasive, and able to translate complex AI logic into business value for executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experienced: You have at least 7 years of professional experience, specifically delivering products within complex, high-stakes environments (Banking/Fintech/Enterprise).
