Senior Manager - Compliance Technology Majid Al Futtaim

ROLE PROFILE

• Design and implement data analytics tools, dashboards models to identify patterns, anomalies, and early indicators of compliance risks (e.g. bribery and corruption, conflict of interest, policy breaches, third party risks, human rights noncompliance.
• Lead and support the review of compliance technology tools and creating linked dashboards such as Compliance management systems ,Case management and Analytics dashboards
• Develop dashboards and key compliance risk indicators to monitor program effectiveness and emerging risk trends
• Support investigations through forensic data extraction, transaction analysis, fuzzy matches, visualization of evidence-based findings
• Provide thought leadership and own DLP investigations
• Improve compliance reporting dashboards and visualization for Ethics Committees and the Board.
• Collaborate to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with Group Governance standards
• Develop AI-enabled solutions for compliance team

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in data analytics, computer science, or Information systems
• At the minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in compliance analytics, fraud detection analytics, data science.
• Experience with compliance, ethics or investigations data, familiarity with FCPA, UKBA, AML and general compliance frameworks preferred
• Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python a must along-with any equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in applying analytic and AI to compliance, ethics and investigations data. Experience designing or deploying AI models or LLM based tools to summarize investigations, automate reviews, or detect anomalies.
• Working knowledge of forensic eDiscovery / forensic analytics systems such as Nuix, Relativity, Outlook eDiscovery or other similar tools
