Roles & Responsibilities
ROLE SUMMARY
- Lead the roadmap for customer identity and marketing enablement platforms
- Improve how we onboard, engage, and retain customers across multiple brands
- Design and execute strategies for consent, profiling, and personalization
- Partner with Legal, Tech, and Marketing teams to ensure privacy, compliance, and customer trust
- Identify and pilot AI-driven use cases that enhance marketing efficiency and decision-making
- Translate business goals into actionable tech solutions with measurable impact
- Champion marketing excellence and governance frameworks across the group
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in marketing or related field
- Strong background in Martech or Digital Transformation
- Experience working cross-functionally with development, design, business and marketing teams
- Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and actionable insights to drive effective marketing strategies and communication
- Knowledge of marketing execution across all channels
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
