Role Overview

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to join our Data Centers Advisory practice, supporting clients across the digital infrastructure value chain. You will play a key role in leading complex engagements, managing delivery teams, and driving actionable insights for investors, governments, hyperscalers, and operators.

As a Senior Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering solutions across strategy, investment, operations, and sustainability. You will also support Directors and Partners in developing new business, while contributing to the growth and capability development of our regional practice.


Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery
  • Lead day-to-day delivery of large-scale consulting and advisory engagements related to data center market entry, investment, design, operations, and sustainability.

  • Work closely with client leadership to define problems, structure analysis, and deliver practical recommendations.

  • Manage cross-functional consulting teams to ensure quality outputs, on time and on budget.

  • Apply knowledge of digital infrastructure, cloud, and data centers to help clients navigate complex challenges and opportunities.

Business Development
  • Support Partners and Directors in business development efforts, including proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to position the firm for follow-on and new opportunities.

  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership and market insights to strengthen the firm s presence in the data center advisory space.

Practice & People Development
  • Act as a career coach and mentor to junior consultants, supporting capability building and knowledge transfer.

  • Contribute to the development of data center tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

  • Support recruitment and training to help scale the practice.


Qualifications & Experience
  • 8 12 years of professional experience in consulting, advisory, or industry, with strong exposure to data centers, digital infrastructure, telecoms, or cloud services.

  • Proven track record of leading delivery teams on complex engagements.

  • Experience across one or more of the following areas:

    • Market entry and strategy development for data centers or digital infrastructure.

    • Investment and transaction support for private equity, sovereign wealth funds, or operators.

    • Operational excellence and sustainability within data center operations.

    • Design, construction, or commissioning advisory (advantageous).

  • Strong project management skills, ideally with Agile and/or PMP/Prince2 certification.

  • Ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and build lasting professional relationships.

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or related discipline required; advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred.
